Obsidian plugins with #resize#

Tables without saved sizes start with content fitted column widths, capped so wider text stays readable. The plugin does not rewrite note source. It stores widths and row heights in `data.json` by note and table, assigns distinct IDs for duplicate headers and migrates legacy single array data from older versions automatically.
