Obsidian plugins with #tikz#

The Inline TikZ plugin renders TikZ, CircuiTikZ and PGFPlots diagrams from `tikz` code blocks inside notes, so drawings, circuit schematics and plotted figures can sit beside the text they belong to instead of being managed as separate files.
