Obsidian plugins with #thread-management#

The Codex Panel plugin brings Codex into an Obsidian sidebar so coding threads can stay beside the notes or project files they relate to. It starts a local `codex app-server`, keeps a separate draft and active thread per panel and lets you feed context through wikilinks, active file references, selections, daily note shortcuts, attachments and web content. While a turn is running, the panel can surface questions, approvals, interrupts and progress updates without sending you out to another window. The plugin also lets you review file changes in Obsidian, rewrite selected Markdown with a proposed replacement, archive useful threads as notes and return to old threads later. It stores panel preferences only and relies on an existing local Codex setup rather than managing provider credentials itself.
