Obsidian plugins with #meeting-notes#

The Granola Sync plugin pulls Granola meeting notes and transcripts into your vault as Markdown files and keeps them in sync through Granola's official public API. It can place notes in daily note sections or separate files, supports custom folders, subfolder patterns and filename patterns and can store transcripts as separate files, in the same location or merged into the note. The plugin adds links between notes and transcripts, supports automatic sync on a configurable interval and offers title based include and exclude filters plus a sync history window. It also handles API rate limits with batching and retries on 429. Sync uses Granola's AI summary output, includes meeting metadata and folder paths in frontmatter and works on desktop only.

The Simple Meeting Sidebar plugin shows today's Apple Calendar events in a right sidebar on macOS and lets you turn them into tasks or meeting notes with single click actions. You can choose which calendars are included, limit the list to events with `meet.google.com` links and set folders for meeting notes and linked people notes. Commands can refresh meetings, reopen the sidebar, add the next meeting as a task, create the next meeting note or open a floating window with today's and yesterday's events. The plugin only reads Apple Calendar data, processes it locally and remembers handled events until the next manual refresh. Person matching only indexes Markdown notes in `People` that use the exact `#Person` tag.

The Granola Meetings Simple Sync plugin connects Granola meeting notes to your vault through Granola's MCP API and signs in through OAuth once before handling sync automatically. It can pull meeting notes, AI summaries and optional transcripts, support more than one Granola account and merge everything into the same folder while deduplicating meetings by ID. Output stays flexible through custom filename patterns, a user supplied template and settings for date range, sync frequency and destination folder. The plugin can skip notes you already edited, leave your own identity out of attendee lists and match attendees to existing notes by email so meeting records fit more naturally into a vault. It also adds manual sync controls from settings, commands and a ribbon icon.
