  • Desktop Version (This Repo): Positioned as a "Hardcore Retrieval Hub". Designed for large screens. Features mouse-hover co-occurrence analysis, click-through contextual tracing, and adaptive split-pane rendering. It's a powerful analytical tool.
  • Mobile Version (Mind Drift): Positioned as an "Ambient Aesthetic Artpiece". Designed for small screens. Features zero-touch interaction (event penetration to prevent accidental touches), pure Chinese semantic extraction, and silently embeds itself at the bottom of your file tree as a fluid decoration.

✨ Core Features & Functionality

Unlike traditional 2D graph views, Thought Synapse is an interactive, analytical 3D semantic network designed specifically for the Obsidian Desktop environment.

  • Interactive Co-occurrence Engine: Hover over any node in the galaxy, and the engine instantly dims unrelated terms while highlighting "co-occurring words" (words that frequently appear in the same notes). This allows you to visually trace the hidden synapses between your ideas.
  • Deep Contextual Retrieval: Click on any node to instantly summon a polished modal. It not only lists the notes containing the specific word but also extracts and highlights the exact sentence snippets (context), achieving true zero-friction knowledge tracing.
  • Global Relative Viewport Scaling: Equipped with a hardcore responsive algorithm. Whether you collapse your sidebar to its narrowest limit or scale up your Obsidian UI, the 3D sphere, font sizes, and layout constraints scale perfectly in relative proportion.
  • Optical Depth-of-Field (DoF) Aesthetics: Implements a cinematic progressive blur algorithm. Nodes rotating to the back of the sphere exponentially fade and blur, creating a clean, un-cluttered frontal view.

📦 Installation Guide

Method 1: Install via BRAT (Recommended)

  1. Install and enable the Obsidian42 - BRAT plugin from the Community Plugins.
  2. Open BRAT settings, click Add Beta plugin.
  3. Paste this repository's URL: liyaomingme/Obsidian-Thought-Synapse-Desktop.
  4. Enable the plugin in your Community Plugins list.

Method 2: Manual Local Installation

  1. Go to the Releases page of this repository and download the latest main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css (if available).
  2. Inside your vault, navigate to .obsidian/plugins/ and create a new folder named thought-synapse-desktop.
  3. Move the downloaded files into this new folder.
  4. Restart Obsidian and enable the plugin in Settings > Community Plugins.

  • 共现语义追踪 (Co-occurrence Analysis)： 将鼠标悬停在星系中的任意节点上，引擎会瞬间暗化无关词汇，并高亮显示与该词“在同一篇笔记中共同出现过”的关联词汇。让你直观地看见知识节点之间隐秘的思维突触。
  • 上下文极速穿透 (Contextual Retrieval)： 点击任意词汇节点，将瞬间唤出极具设计感的溯源面板。不仅展示包含该词的笔记列表，更会直接提取并高亮该词在文章中的“原话片段（Snippets）”，实现零阻力知识回溯。
  • 全局相对论缩放算法 (Adaptive Viewport Scaling)： 内置极其强悍的响应式渲染管线。无论你将 Obsidian 侧边栏拉到极窄，还是大幅调整了 UI 缩放比例，3D 球体的半径、字体大小、文字间距都会进行极其精准的等比相对缩放。

📦 安装指南

方法一：通过 BRAT 安装 (强烈推荐)

  1. 在 Obsidian 的“第三方插件”市场中搜索并安装 Obsidian42 - BRAT，并启用它。
  2. 打开 BRAT 插件设置，点击 Add Beta plugin 按钮。
  3. 复制并粘贴本仓库的 Github 地址简写：liyaomingme/Obsidian-Thought-Synapse-Desktop。
  4. 添加完成后，回到 Obsidian 的第三方插件列表，找到本插件并开启。

方法二：本地手动安装

  1. 前往本仓库的 Releases 页面，下载最新版本的 main.js, manifest.json 以及 styles.css（如有）。
  2. 在你的 Obsidian 笔记库底层目录下，找到 .obsidian/plugins/ 文件夹。
  3. 在该目录下新建一个文件夹，必须命名为 thought-synapse-desktop。
  4. 将下载好的 3 个文件放入刚才新建的文件夹中。
  5. 重启 Obsidian，进入设置 -> 第三方插件，找到并开启它。
