Moved-content recognition in diff review

Reordered content no longer shows up as large delete+add blocks. Lines or blocks whose text is unchanged (ignoring whitespace and line-wrapping differences) but appear somewhere else are now marked as "Content unchanged: only position or line wrapping" and drop out of the review queue automatically — the review only asks you to confirm real edits.

Character-level highlighting inside changed blocks

Changed blocks no longer paint entire paragraphs red/green. Only the actually changed characters are highlighted, and identical text stays dim and readable — a paragraph merge with spacing tweaks now shows a few highlighted characters instead of a full rewrite.
