- Remove direct filesystem access from CLI structure imports.
- Update CLI documentation and tests for JSON-only structure replacement.
CLI compatibility: plugiGroups:structure:set now requires json=<json>. The path=<path> parameter is no longer supported; pass the complete structure as inline JSON. dry-run remains supported.
