Description
Adds a code-minimap style sidebar to each open markdown note showing the note's structure as color-coded lines, with a viewport indicator, hover preview with faded overflow, and fast scrolling by viewport drag or mouse wheel.

Changelog
Removes the cursor-placement behaviour. Dragging the minimap no longer moves the text caret, and the Cursor placement setting is removed. The viewport now always centres on the click point when a drag starts.
